Pastor Neisha McLean is co-founder alongside her husband, Mark McLean, Founder, Bishop and Prophet of Ecclesiastic Ministries International, a ministry driven by the great commission to teach, preach and live the Kingdom of God, headquartered in Kingston, Jamaica. Neisha McLean is a multi-gifted motivational speaker, counselor, business executive in the Pharmaceutical industry as well as a trained specialist in the area of Pre and Post HIV Counselling.

She tapped into her purpose at the tender age of ten (10) years and discovered her passion for worship and song which has blossomed into her current role in the ministry as Prophetic Psalmist, teacher, marriage counselor and speaker. Her years of effective dedication and service to the body of Christ and the society stemmed from her passion to deliver and set people free through the power of the Holy Spirit in the anointing of Prophetic Worship.

Neisha McLean is a woman of character and a crown to her husband with a zeal for helping people discover and develop their God-given gifts and talents.
